Refund Policy

At Stilwell Pianos Wholesale, our goal is to provide pianos at true wholesale pricing. Because these instruments are offered at significantly reduced wholesale prices, they are sold as-is and without warranty, and all sales are final.

We want every buyer to feel completely comfortable with their purchase before making a commitment. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the listing, photos, videos, and any other information provided for the piano. Buyers are also encouraged to inspect the piano in person or have an independent piano technician inspect the instrument on their behalf before purchasing.

We are happy to answer questions, provide additional information, or provide additional photos or videos when reasonably possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing if there is anything you would like to know about a piano.

Because these are used instruments, they may have cosmetic, mechanical, structural, or other signs of age and previous use. It is the buyer's responsibility to evaluate the piano and determine whether its condition is acceptable for their needs before completing the purchase.

Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with the piano, its condition, and your decision to purchase before submitting payment. Once a purchase has been completed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, including for issues discovered after the sale.

Our intention is never to surprise a buyer. The wholesale model simply allows us to offer pianos at lower prices by selling them in their current condition without the preparation, warranty, and return options that may accompany a traditional retail purchase.
