Stilwell Pianos Wholesale
Stilwell Pianos has been in the piano business for nearly 70 years. Over that time, we’ve built relationships with piano dealers, brokers, wholesalers, flippers, movers, technicians, and stores across the country.
Because of our size and buying power, we are often able to purchase pianos for far less than the average person shopping on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other used-piano sites. We buy individual pianos, entire collections, and sometimes even the inventory of closing piano stores. We work with brokers and piano professionals nationwide and are constantly purchasing instruments for our retail operation.
Until now, nearly every piano we purchased went through our normal process before being offered for sale.
That process might include cleaning, buffing, touch-up, tuning, regulation, voicing, repairs, restringing, refinishing, or even a complete rebuild. All of that work takes time and money—and naturally gets built into the retail price of the piano.
Stilwell Pianos Wholesale changes that.
We are now offering some of those exact same pianos for sale before we do any work to them.
These are raw, wholesale pianos. They have not been cleaned up, polished, tuned, regulated, repaired, or prepared for retail. They are sold as-is with no warranty, but because you are buying them before we invest all of that labor into them, the prices can be a fraction of what a comparable piano would cost on our retail showroom floor.
You Decide How Much Work You Want
The best part is that you don’t have to choose between buying a completely raw piano or paying full retail.
We provide a menu of services with clearly listed prices for the work our shop can perform.
Want the piano buffed but not refinished? Add it.
Want it tuned and regulated? Add it.
Want certain repairs completed but prefer to handle the rest yourself? No problem. Want the piano "as is"? Thats fine too!
You can essentially build the piano you want à la carte, paying only for the work you actually want us to perform.
Our goal is simple: give customers access to the same buying power we’ve developed over nearly seven decades in the piano business, while removing as much unnecessary cost as possible.
Buy it raw. Add the work you want. Skip the work you don’t.
That’s Stilwell Pianos Wholesale.
